CEO, Lawson Grains
Russell holds a business degree and has more than 20 years of experience in agriculture including management of large scale, corporate farming operations.
In his current role as Lawson Grains CEO, Russell is responsible for the leadership of Lawson Grains which is one of Australia’s largest cropping businesses with in excess of 90,000 hectares under crop across New South Wales & Western Australia.
Prior to working with Lawson Grains, Russell was the General Manager for ICM Agriculture Pty Ltd having management responsibility for Cowl Cowl Station, a 17,000 hectare property with a mix of irrigated and dryland cropping, livestock and permanent crop operations. This role followed a number of years operating livestock and cropping properties along the east coast of Australia, including a senior management role in one of Australia’s leading cattle and sheep studs.
